Who’s Got the Power?

The Constitution balances the power shared among the 3 branches of government by giving each branch power to keep the other branches in “check”.

Declare Your Power You will form teams of 5. All teams will be given a situation and must decide which branch of government is responsible for the stated action within 15 sec.

Declare Your Power If your team answers with the correct branch of government, your team will earn 10 points. If your team is incorrect another team can steal your question and earn 5 points

Check on Power After giving a correct answer, your team can earn 5 bonus points by stating which branch can check that power and the specific check.

A Final Check A final challenge will be revealed at the end of the game for 50 additional points. Good Luck,Teams!
