ToxPlanet’s vast collection of documents are typically available in either PDF or HTML format. In this tutorial, we will look at how to Print, Email, and Save documents in either format.

When a PDF document is opened, it displays in a new window with native Adobe controls.

To Print the results, click the Print icon. To Save the results, click the Save icon. To Email the results, attach a copy of the saved file to an email and send.

When an HTML document is opened, you typically have two options for printing. Depending on your browser, you can usually print HTML files by using the File  Print function from the Menu bar.

A better option may be to click the orange PDF icon, available in the navigation menu, to convert the HTML document.

By clicking the orange PDF icon, the system converts the document to PDF format and displays it in a new window with native Adobe controls.

To Print the results, click the Print icon. To Save the results, click the Save icon. To Email the results, attach a copy of the saved file to an email and send.
