Presentation transcript:

OCTOBER P.E NEWS LETTERS Hello Cougar Ridge Families ! The main subject in October is Movement Awareness and Fitness Components. In the Movement Awareness topic, your children will have the opportunity to recognize their bodies in a specific space at different tempos, direction, and pathways. Something interesting about this topic is that I will have the cooperation of the music and library teachers. Music will help them develop rhythm, and tempos, while reading books will help them develop their imagination, and recreate the stories of these books with their bodies, and moves! The final topic is Fitness Components. My students will have the opportunity to learn about strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination, and how this connect with their outside school life.
