Image? Opinion, that “Public” creates about something 1.Good Image 2. Neutral Image 3. Bad Image

Why it is Important to Create a Good Image? 1. 2 3

Service Project? 1. Medical 2. Educational 3. Environmental 4. Vocational 5. Young Generation

Which is Best Project to do? 1. Project That community wants, NOT what we want to do 2. It must be measurable 3. It must be Sustainable 4. It must involve maximum Club Members 5. It must make club members Happy

Important Things to Do? 1. Do survey of project and beneficiaries 2. Plan well – Awareness drive, Venue management, Execution 3. Distribute responsibilities 4. It must be time bound for execution 5. Involve local community at all stages 6. Create advance project awareness among beneficiary community and Media 7. Involve local Leaders, Government agencies / employees 8. Express Gratitude to assisting agencies – Social, Political, Governmental, Media.

Post Project Reporting? 1. Send reports and results to all helping agencies 2. Send reports and gratitude to all Media 3. Use Social media for reporting 4. Publish reports in Club Bulletins, and send copies to all concerned persons 5. Send Bulletin copies to Non Rotarian entities – Individuals, Corporates etc.
