What is Open Data? Data that is freely available to everyone to use and republish as they wish, without restrictions from copyright, patents or other mechanisms of control. Open data meets the FAIR data principles: Findable Accessible Interoperable Reusable

What is Open Access? Ideally, an open access publication is for anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, search within, and use in education or another way within a limited number of legal agreements.
