The Newman Catholic Collegiate Congratulations to St.George & St.Martin’s Year 5/6 5-a-side Football team who won the Collegiate Tournament!!! St Peter’s Old Trafford trip Pupils from Years 4, 5 & 6 got the opportunity to watch United vs S’Land! St Mary’s: Years 2 and 4 have created their own Gymnastics routines. See above for future Olympians! 8 Congratulations to St.John the Evangelist’s Year 5/6 Basketball Team ! The event was held at St.Margaret Ward and the standard of play was very high! -------------- ‘ACTIV ’! The Newman Catholic Collegiate P.E Newsletter! Miss Tranter’s Year 3 class at St.Wilfrid’s have spent this half term learning about the benefits of exercise! The class have been conducting regular fitness tests and have improved their fitness, producing some impressive results. Well Done! Congratulations to St.Joseph’s Year 3/4 5-a-side Football team who won the Collegiate Tournament!!! Mr.Smith’s & Ms.Halstead’s class have also created their own Gymnastics routines “Start Positions!”
