Cells Flash Cards Get a piece of construction paper off of table 5 to use as a pocket for storage. Pick 14 cards (Small squares of construction paper) of any color out of the baskets on table 3 and 8. Label pg.95 “Cells Flashcards”. Write in marker. It will be better to write with a small marker. There is one small marker in everyone’s box. Label the cards with the organelles. The 14 cell organelles are as follows: -- cell membrane (Both) -- endoplasminc reticulum (Both) -- cell wall (Plant) -- ribosomes (Both) -- cytoplasm (Both) -- golgi complex/apparatus (Both) -- cytoskeleton (Both) -- vacuole (larger in plant) -- mitochondria (Both) -- lysosome (Mostly Animal) -- chloroplast (Plant) -- nucleolus (Both) -- nucleus (Both) -- chromosomes(Both) Write a brief description of the function of the organelle on the back of the card. (something that helps your remember the function)
