Admissions for New Offense Convictions Historically, people who have failed on community supervision have driven admissions to prison. PROACTIVE CASE MANAGEMENT To avoid building new prison facilities, Missouri must increase the successful completion of community supervision—many initiatives are underway to build pathways to better supervision outcomes.
