How can PMs & PSO best work together? PSO can value add by providing guidance, advice, support and consistency to PMs to deliver projects PSO provides a stewardship role for the management of the Business Improvement Programme for the RMT. PMs have an obligation to report to their Project Sponsors and the PSO on the status of projects.
