THE FOUR-WAY TEST of the things we think, say or do Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

IS IT THE TRUTH? I want to start a new club. I can meet the requirements of a special representative. I will give it my best effort. I am prepared for a Roller Coaster ride. I will develop and follow a detailed plan of action.

Begin with the end in mind.

BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND…. 1st WHEN and WHERE will the new club celebration take place? 2nd Start planning the actual agenda. Ask PDGs, VIPs, to commit. 3rd Who will be the first President and will attend PETS? 4TH HOW will all start up items be obtained? 5th What is my crucial calendar timeline?
