Muscles you should know Tibialis Anterior Soleus Gastrocnemius

Gastrocnemius This is your big muscle (calf) It attaches at your Achilles tendon It actually is actually two muscles with one point of origin

Soleus These are under the Gastrocnemius

Tibialis Anterior This one runs down your shin You can blame this one when you get shin splints

Achilles Tendon Very big tendon that connects foot to the leg
