Dream Mobile Hotel For Mobile Guests Conceive the perfect Pop-Up Hotel that will move with your groove, wherever you need it! #pop-up #mobile #newwaysofhosting Mobile Hotels for Mobile Guests At Accorhotels, we have the ambition to change the historical paradigm of the hospitality industry: it is no longer the customer who comes to the hotel but the hotel that comes to the customer, wherever he is and whenever he wants, it could be Pop-Up, mobile, new way of hosting, We call it mobile hospitality. We started with a concept called Flying Nest, which recreates a hotel in a few hours on any event. This concept was created using containers.

Tradeshows and congresses (ex: CES las Vegas, IMTS Chicago, etc) Weddings Tradeshows and congresses (ex: CES las Vegas, IMTS Chicago, etc) 2) Occasion: But the territory of creation is very broad, with several possible solutions: more or less mobile, more or less large, more or less technological, more or less luxurious, etc. This mobile Hospitality mainly meets needs of Events market, which is broke down into two major typologies: Private Events & Public Events Family and friends events Sports and culture events (ex: Olympic Games, Cycling, Trail) Music festival (ex: Coachella, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland) Birthdays, christmas

3) The main questions you’ll have to answer What experience would you like to give the customer? What would your ideal hotel Pop-Up look like? What would be your main customer target and your positioning (from eco to luxury)? What are the factors that differentiate your concept from exisiting competitors in the market? How would you operate (distribution, logistics, Food & Beverage…)? Since this market is very seasonal, how could you use your concept in low-peak times? 3) The main questions you’ll have to answer
