Coincidental Penalties

Coincidental Penalties Outcome To correctly apply the rules in basic coincidental penalty situations.

A coincidental penalty situation occurs when a MINOR / BENCH MINOR or a MAJOR / MATCH penalty is assessed to BOTH TEAMS at the SAME STOPPAGE of play.
