Completing Event and Activity Feedback Student Guide

What is Grofar? Grofar is an online tool to help manage interesting and useful activities, your work experience and help organise you for life after school. Events and activities you take part in will be recorded along with some feedback from you on what you learnt, what you thought about them and whether you enjoyed them. This guide will show you where to find your feedback forms and how to complete them.

Event and Activity Feedback If you’ve been to a careers and enterprise related event or activity recently this will have been recorded on Grofar for you and you will have been sent a request for feedback. Open the email account you’re registered on Grofar with. This is usually your school email address. If you’re not sure you can ask your teacher or find out by clicking on and scrolling down to

Event and Activity Feedback Open your email account and find the invitation to complete your feedback. It will be from Grofar and the subject will be ‘What I Learnt’ The email should look something like this:

Event and Activity Feedback Click on ‘Complete What I learnt’ to open the online feedback form In the first section briefly describe what happened and what you learnt during the event.

Event and Activity Feedback You will then be asked to give an overall rating out of five stars and a couple of other questions. Finally leave some feedback and if you can think of any suggest some improvements too. Don’t forget to click ‘Submit’
