Dream of Rishabh Prasad of class 9thB Agro-farm of my dreams Dream of Rishabh Prasad of class 9thB

Outline of my dream farm I will be having a 10-15 acre (435600 sq. ft. – 653400 sq. ft.) of land for agriculture. It will be 50km away from a well developed city(easy for transportation). The soil will be fertile. There will be two buildings one for storage of crops and one the control room.

Technology used in my dream farm I will be using solar panels and windmill to generate and store energy for later use (eco-friendly). There will also be solar panels at my farm house roof to power it up with electricity.

Technology used in my dream farm There will be a deep hole in my farm for rain water harvesting. The water can be stored in tanks and can be used later on for farming or other purposes.

Technology used in my dream farm I will be using drip irrigation system in my dream farm.(saving water) I will be using such fertilizers which will reach the plants through drip system. Fertilizers used in drip irrigation systems.

Technology used in my dream farm The use of sensors which can detect how much water, fertility is present in the soil will help to operate my farm properly. If there is less water or less fertility in the soil then the computer can detect it can provide the required necessities to the plants and trees in the farm. A sensor in the farm.

Technology used in my dream farm I will be using mulching paper to avoid weeds around my crop. It is such a material which does not allow sunlight to pass which does not allow weeds to grow. They are placed around crops and trees. Mulching paper used in farms to avoid weeds

Technology used in my dream farm Automation: I will be using computers to operate my farm like fixing timings / measurement of humidity / water level in plants using sensors, for water supply and to set the use of fertilizers in a month (helps in cost reduction) . Control on farm using computers.

Thank You
