ABOUT DGL, MARIA ST SITE Who are we? A storage facility for general and Dangerous Goods, at quantities far above the normal warehouse. We are a Major Hazard Facility (MHF) regulated by legislative requirements and regulatory bodies such as Worksafe. What we do on site? Store general, Hazardous, Non-Hazardous and Dangerous Goods. Store Dangerous Good Classes: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9. Distribute and receive goods as per customer requests and requirements. T-480 31/03/2005 Rev A

EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP) Employees of the site undergo yearly refresher training for the site Emergency Response Plan. OPERATING HOURS DGL, Maria St operating hours are from 6am – 5pm, Mon – Fri. If work is required outside these hours (eg. on a Saturday), it is pre-organised and approved by the Site Supervisor / Manager. Warehouse operators work on a shift basis with staggered start and finish times. Administration Office employees work a full day with the same start and finish times. T-480 31/03/2005 Rev A

FIRST AID The First Aid Station is located in the site Administration Office. The names of current site First Aiders are advertised on the outside noticeboard of the Administration Building (exit nearest to the warehouse area). T-480 31/03/2005 Rev A

SITE FACILITIES Site toilets and lunchroom are located in the Administration Office. The front end of Store H (facing Maria St) has change room facilities for the male warehouse operators. There is not a designated smoking area on site. Any persons wishing to smoke are to proceed beyond the outside of the site perimeter fence line PRIOR TO ‘lighting up’. The main vehicle entry point / gate to the site is not an acceptable area to smoke or use a mobile phone. T-480 31/03/2005 Rev A

PERSONAL HYGIENE It is the responsibility of each individual to maintain an acceptable standard of personal hygiene and presentation. DGL recommends that worn uniforms requiring cleaning (warehouse staff only) be placed directly in the supplied linen bag in the site change room for pick up by the Laundry Service Provider. Uniform laundering pick up / drop off occurs twice weekly – Monday and Thursday. T-480 31/03/2005 Rev A

PPE & SPILL EQUIPMENT A Spill Kit and PPE Kit is located in each Store. Additional PPE and Spill Equipment are located in E, F and G Sheds. Please see your Supervisor / Manager if you require additional equipment. T-480 31/03/2005 Rev A
