MAJOR MOMENTS IN THE COLONIES By Andre, Dominic, Ava, Peter

King George the 3rd From Britain Loyalist Since he is the king of Britain he commands most of the British army and Britain.

Lord Cornwallis He is a loyalist and he commanded the south part of the British army

John Adams His brother was in the sons of liberty. He was the second president

George Washington From Virginia Patriot Was the general of the continental army

Thomas Jefferson Thomas Jefferson lived in Virginia He was not a loyalist, but a patriot He also led the Boston tea party

Patrick Henry He is from Virginia he is a patriot He was part of the house of burgesses with the famous saying “give me liberty or give me death.”

Ben Franklin Pennsylvania Patriot Represented the colonies of London, during the stamp act crisis he surrendered the repeal of the act.

Paul Revere Paul Revere was from Boston Massachusetts. He was also a patriot. Paul revere helped to alert the residents of Boston of the British.
