Young Privacy Professional: Roles & Expectations The Young Privacy Professional (YPPs) work with their local KnowledgeNet Chapter co- chairs to plan networking activities. One or two YPPs are accepted per chapter (depending on the size of the chapter) and will serve a one-year term. YPP’s are expected to: Organize at least 2 networking activities per year (approved by local chapter chairs) Assist local KnowledgeNet Chapter Chairs as needed
Steps for Planning Your Networking Activity Secure your location Select a date Confirm date/location with your chapter’s co- chairs Fill out the meeting details form Post-meeting: Connect with your IAPP Staff Partner to give feedback, attendee numbers and any other useful information
