European funds committee Aim & Composition Aim: to coordinate the communication between ERDF, ESF and EAFRD Composition: 3 Managing Authorities of the European funds ERDF, ESF and EAFRD + the regional assembly, all represented by at least two people in charge of communication and funds management europe-en-midipyrenees.eu

European contact points network Composition of the network More than 60 members : General information networks for citizens : Europe Direct and others Information networks for specific audiences : Enterprise Europe Network, EURES (employment), Euroguidance (orientation and mobility), Eurodesk (youth mobility)… Information on specific programs : managing and delegated authorities of European funds (ERDF, ESF, EAFRD), national contact points for FP7, correspondant for Youth in Action… europe-en-midipyrenees.eu

2. European contact points network Working principle One annual meeting to review the progress and prospects of projects. Organising joint projects at the initiative of any member. Each project has its own working principle. Annual meeting with the representative of the European Commission in France November 12th 2012 europe-en-midipyrenees.eu

European contact points network Example of joint project Collective work for a year on a new website with all members of the network to collect and organize information in order to: Guide the potentials beneficiaries to the relevant European program (more than 50 programs Including ERDF, ESF, EARDF, FP7, youth in action) Guide the users to the relevant contact (the 60 members of the network) europe-en-midipyrenees.eu

3. The European Month: a virtual network for real events europe-en-midipyrenees.eu

The European Month Aim & Composition Aim : to organise a regional event “The European Month” to promote events related to Europe in the region during the month of May The members of this virtual network are all the events coordinators: members of 2 the previous network + beneficiaries, municipalities, associations, schools… on a voluntary basis europe-en-midipyrenees.eu
