Color your scale drawing candy bar to match the original. Place your candy wrapper on the ¼ inch grid paper and continue the lines. So you should have a ¼ inch grid drawn on your candy wrapper. USE A RULER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Determine a Scale Factor that you want to use for your scale drawing. Be reasonable. Complete the worksheet showing your calculations for your drawing. Draw grid lines that work with your scale factor on white paper (8.5 x 11; chart paper; butcher paper.) Copy each box from your candy wrapper onto your white paper. Do this step in pencil! Outline everything in black marker and erase any stray pencil marks and the grid lines. Color your scale drawing candy bar to match the original. If you can, tape the original wrapper to the scale drawing. Also, write the scale on your paper so it is visible.
