AARC 2nd edition – Working closer together

Community Engagement Forum Engage with the research communities, within and outside of AARC using FIM4R as the reference point. Raise awareness and increase visibility of the AARC results by showcasing the AARC pilots and offering training to participating communities Identify gaps and new requirements and channel them back to AARC. Support and promote the work of FIM4R by ensuring the continuous engagement of the participating communities

Competence Centre Engage with the e-Infrastructures and the research infrastructures, within and outside of AARC Promote consistent vision for federated access across different infrastructures and research communities Ensure that the AARC results are made available to the e-Infrastructures and research infrastructures Showcase results & provide consulting support to integrate aspects of the blueprint architecture and policies in production environments Facilitate further activities between the EI/Ris for the harmonization and adoption of federated access

Competence Centre | EI/RI Engagement Representatives from e-Infrastructures GÉANT, EGI, PRACE, EUDAT Representatives from research infrastructures Operators of AAIs with established teams AARC2 Work Package Leaders Members are expected to actively engage and provide input

Establish proper communication channels Competence Centre Establish proper communication channels The AARC2 Competence Centre participants will meet periodically to discuss the progress/results etc. Establish mailing list, wiki spaces etc. Work with JRA1 and NA3 to establish an open & inclusive working environment Move work item discussions from project related mailing to more open mailing lists Use project mailing lists only for project admin matters Webinars and similar mechanisms will be made available as tools to support participants
