What has happened? Exercise: Question Detective REFER to MANUAL – Page 24 EXPLAIN that:- they will be given a problem to solve think of ONE question EACH to ask you can confer with each other only question they cannot ask is ‘What has happened?’ SHOW above slide FLIP UP questions, as delegates shout them out:- put closed questions in one ( untitled) column, and open questions in another don’t answer any questions until all are listed ANSWER questions in CLOSED column first, then the OPEN questions, to reveal what happened.
