Recruitment System (Taleo) (1) Alongside the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system, the EA One Project has responsibility for the delivery of a dedicated online recruitment module, called TALEO. While initially implemented as a standalone system, Taleo will ultimately integrate into the core Oracle system.
