OVCs receiving Emotional and psychological support. . OVCs receiving bursary support including school fee exemption, by grade, sex and source. .Number of pupil dropouts in the previous school year by reason, grade and sex. . Number of teachers who received training, and also gave lessons, in life skills-based HIV and sexuality education.

Did pupils at your school receive comprehensive life skills-based HIV and sexuality education (either in the formal curricula and/or during extra-curricular activities) in the previous academic year? . Did the school organize orientation session(s) regarding life skills-based HIV and sexuality education programmes for parents or guardians of students at your school in the previous academic year?

CSTL Indicators in EMIS Have challenges been faced in integrating CSTL indicators into EMIS? What are these challenges? The challenges faced in Zambia are: 1.Difficulties to convince our seniors to include the indicators. 2.We review the indicators annually i.e. once in a year. 3.Too many new staff in unit who have to be oriented in order to appreciate this indicators

CSTL Indicators in EMIS How can these challenges be overcome? These challenges can be overcome if we review the indicators regularly So that we are all on the some level of understanding. The challenge can also be overcome if our leaders take a keen interest in the CSTL indicators.

Implementation of MER Framework Achievements. .It has provided a standard for collection of data. .It also brought about improvement in programming providing information that is used in evidenced based decision making.

Implementation of MER Framework Challenges Multiplicity of MER Frameworks because as a Ministry we are expected to implement so many frame works which results in duplication of efforts.
