Addition, subtraction, multiplication war Need Deck of cards Play Deal all cards. Turn two cards over at a time. Have players add, subtract, or multiply cards. Whoever has the highest score* wins all of the cards. Keep playing until one player has all cards. If answer is the same, turn two more cards over. Shuffle cards periodically or as you get to the end of the pile. A=1 J, Q, K = 10 OR J=11, Q=12, K=0 *Play to lowest score – determine before game starts

Twister Number recognition Addition Subtraction Multiplication Division Add numbers to the colored circles. Students can use one digit answers or multiple digit answers.

Checkers Add addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division problems to the checkerboard, and play checkers as you normally would. If student incorrectly answers, they lose their turn and the other player goes. Use painters tape to add math problems to the play pieces. As players jump the pieces, they need to answer the math problem. Simple 4+5 or complicated (3*1/100)+(4*1/1,000).
