District Facilities Rental Program and Athletics District entire rental program nets approximately $571,000 per year Only a portion of net rental proceeds are derived from athletics, mostly from middle school gyms and high school pools Football stadium field rentals netted $29,000 last year. Half ($14,500) was set aside for future turf replacement. Turf replacement account has balance of $73,500 Artificial Field-turf life expectation is another 4-6 years
