That could be… The University The Guild Your Service User Local residents You have to consider their needs, how you communicate with them and how you affect them! kkk

What is important when communicating with any organisation? Working with the Guild What is important when communicating with any organisation? Be courteous- even when complaining! Be clear- you may know what you are talking about but they don’t! Be concise- is all the information necessary? Be coherent!- Does it make sense? Ask questions! Do you know everything? Do THEY know everything?- CHECK Remember communicating isn’t just about getting what you want! It’s how you build relationships!
