Now Hiring Customer Service Billing Representatives Upcoming Start dates: Friday, April 5th, 2019 Please apply at http://jobs.spectrum.com and complete the online assessment. To start, we have our whole training process mapped out and organized for you. So you will understand everything about this position in no time. Training is very thorough and does move quickly. So we do ask that you come prepared and willing to learn every day during your training period. On a daily basis you will primarily be engaging with our customers over the phone. You’ll be there to answer their billing questions, assist them with pricing information. If you ever have any questions or need some help, you’ll be surrounded by a helpful team of colleagues, leads and supervisors to jump in and assist. Location: Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2221 E Bijou St, Suite 101 Colorado Springs, CO 80909 (3 blocks east of Union Blvd; just northeast of Memorial Park) JOB REQUIREMENTS: 6 months or more customer service experience, 1 or more year experience preferred 6 or more months working with multiple software applications 6 months – 1 year+ heavy volume phone experience in customer service job preferred Dress code: Business Casual Comprehensive Benefits Package and Career progression possible within the first year POSITION SUMMARY: $15.00/hour plus shift differential payout of 75 cents per hour worked (*for second shift) 40 hour work week Training : Classroom: 1:00pm to 10:00pm (Tues/Wed days off) First 5 weeks mandatory attendance Transition: same hours as above (1 week) Post Training Work Hours: Schedules range from 12pm-9pm to 2:00pm to 11:00pm (with consecutive days off).
