MODULE 2: TEAMWORK

Team members lead when they believe in themselves. Leaders know that people are valuable. Leaders communicate clearly with others. Leaders handle the big picture and the small details.

Consistency, in attitude and behavior, is important. It’s important to have a vision and to set goals. For motivation, people want feedback.

Openness to new ideas stimulates creativity. The positive approach sets up a positive work environment. Leaders contribute in many positive ways. Inspiration can come from any member of the group.
