Changes to the procedure in 2013 R&D and GBAORD quality reporting becomes mandatory from reference year 2011 onwards on biennial basis; Quality Reports shall be transmitted T+22, after the reception of the pre-filled templates T+20; The current "R&D and GBAORD Statistics Metadata and Quality Reports collection tool" will be replaced by Eurostat corporate tool "National Reference Metadata Editor" – NRME; Together with the mandatory Quality Reports also standard Metadata will be collected and updated with NRME. new procedure conserns also CIS from CIS 2012 onwards in 2014 Science Technology Innovation Statistics 22-23 November 2012
