Overview Reunion Week 77th FA Regiment conducts Annual Reunion/Memorial from 22May2019 to 26May2019 in order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the deployment of 2-77th FAR to Afghanistan in OEF X and build strong bonds between all veterans of the regiment, current members of the organization, and the Ft. Carson community Dignified Guest/Speaker Multiple events incorporating Veterans of 2-77FA and current Soldiers of both units taking place from 22-26 May at both Hotel Elegante and Fort Carson

2-77 FA reunion/memorial week overview Mission: 77th FA Regiment conducts Annual Reunion from 22May2019 to 26May2019 in order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the deployment of 2-77th FAR to Afghanistan in OEF X and build strong bonds between all veterans of the regiment, current members of the organization, and the Ft. Carson community. Tasks to Subordinate Units: HHB: Provide 1 O1-O2 to escort Veterans in/around Fort Carson. B BTRY: Provide a qualified and licensed bus driver to transport Veterans during the operation. C BTRY: Perform Salute Battery honors during Memorial Ceremony on 22MAY19. 4 3 2 22 MAY 19 23 MAY 19 24 MAY 19 25 MAY 19 26 MAY 19 LEGEND Afternoon: -Vets begin arriving in CoS -Hotel check-in Evening: -@ 1800 Hospitality Suite available on 2nd floor of Hotel Elegante (with pizza, beer and soda) Throughout the Day: -Continued Arrival of vets to Colorado Springs and Hotel Elegante Morning: -Breakfast in Hotel -Bus pickup to unit area @0900 -Reunion Ceremony @ 1000 -Lunch at Warhorse DFAC @1130 -Static Display in motorpool @ 1300 -visit PX, museum etc -Hospitality Suite open to socialize @ 1800 -Free day for vets to tour local areas - at Cripple Creek or other areas to visit -Dinner on own/Hospitality Room open -Business meeting for Assn members Lunch/Afternoon: On your own -Social Hour at 1700 -Formal Banquet in the Dining Room at 1800. -2-77 spouses invited, FGs, Btry CMD TMs. -Guest Speaker -Attire: Business casual Breakfast then departure for home Hotel Elegante 2 FCCO TA 2-77 BN Footprint Cripple Creek and surrounding Area 4

2-77 FA ANNUAL REUNION/MEMORIAL 4 4 2-77 FA 22-26 MAY 2018 //FOUO// AS OF: 27 FEB 19 Mission: 77th FA Regiment conducts Annual Reunion from 22May2019 to 26May2019 in order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the deployment of 2-77th FAR to Afghanistan in OEF X and build strong bonds between all veterans of the regiment, current members of the organization, and the Ft. Carson community. Key Tasks: -Execute a reunion that builds the family bonds of those who served in the regiment. -Demonstrate appreciation for the 77th Veterans of all generations. -Conduct formal dinner event and trip to Cripple Creek Casin End State: -77th Veterans depart Colorado Springs with stronger connections to each other and to currently active Soldiers. -2-77 Soldiers have an increased appreciation for the rich history of the Regiment. -All events are executed with professionalism and precision Coordinating Instructions: Memorial Formation and tour guides (HHB) Soldiers for Presentation (All Companies) Static Weapons Display (B Btry) SALUTE BTRY (C Btry) Memorial service in front of BBHQ Salute Detail Tour of 2-77 MP area Key Points: Evidence of this change is the growing population of officers who are directly involved in joint/multinational/interagency matters at the operational level

Regimental Reunion/Memorial MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS 4 4 22-26 MAY 2019 //FOUO// AS OF: 30 Oct 18 TIMELINE 2-77 22 MAY: 1800 Meet and Greet at Hospitality Room, Hotel Elegante. 23 MAY: 1000 Regimental Reunion followed by tour 2-77 HQ and Motor-pool. DFAC for lunch. Afternoon static display at 1300. Evening 1800 Regimental Social/ Dinner 2-77 and Spouses invited, 24 MAY: 0900 Free day for veterans and family to tour local area. 25 MAY: 0900 Regimental Meeting. Lunch and afternoon on your own. 26 MAY: Breakfast then guest leave hotel for flights out MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS -Memorial Service: 1.5 – 2 sections per Battery / Company with Battalion Colors posted with National Colors -Presentation: 10-20 Soldiers per Battery / Company -Walking Tour of BN and 2-77 Motor-pool: 2-4 NCO’s or Junior Officers (not part of Static Displays). Numbers dependant on Veteran turn out. -Static Weapons Display: 14 Soldiers including OIC and NCOIC Key Points: Evidence of this change is the growing population of officers who are directly involved in joint/multinational/interagency matters at the operational level
