Why are we making changes? We need to make sure that we are treating everyone fairly and that all sites have aligned product thresholds As we move into winter, we have had to review some of the conversion rates in line with the increased expectation of call volumes and opportunities Whilst some conversion rates have increased you will notice others have been reduced We have applied realistic conversion rates to the products to ensure the programme is motivational and achievable 3

Qdos Website – The ‘About Qdos’ section on the Qdos website will be updated with these changes on 1st October Ask Qdos – Use this functionality to ask any questions you may have Team Managers - Your Team Manager will be aware of these changes and help answer any questions you may have, alternatively you can use the “Ask Qdos” facility on the website Qdos Calculator - The Qdos Calculator will help you understand the impacts of these changes and your earning potential.
