Evaluation of the EYEO Evaluation of applications (372); Contracts signed with organisations receiving subsidies precisely defined the purpose for which the subsidy was granted; Visits were paid by members of the NIB and the Advisory Committee to randomly selected Action leaders; Action leaders of large projects delivered mid-term progress reports; A detailed financial reports were required (in accordance with procedures established by the Polish Ministry of Labour and Social Policy); Reports are checked and evaluated by the Accountant of the Year hired by the NIB; Additionally to the financial reports, a comprehensive and documented final reports on every activity of each Action implemented during the Year were produced by the respective Action leaders. 29 May 2008, Warsaw
