Numerology Coaching Club Building self love NUMBER 2 Welcome to Number 2 Clubées – this is where you build self-love! The Number 2 unites, and at this stage of your development you learn how to unite your own opposing forces and how to unite with others. Life is full of opposites. Good vs bad. Light and dark. Up and down. In and out. Tall and short. If we didn’t have one, then we wouldn’t recognize the other. We would have nothing to compare it to. Unity is not behaving well or being great all of the time. And, it’s not having everyone else around us behaving well or being great all the time either. Unity is taking the good and the bad and finding that spot where they meet and bring out the best in each other. For example, ANGER on it’s own may be bad. But, when that ANGER has a good cause it is fighting for it becomes the necessary fuel that gets stuff sorted, solved, worked out, and made better in the long run for all of us. Think of any good cause out there, worth fighting for, … they all began with someone getting angry about something that wasn’t fair, just, right, or acceptable anymore! We have all these opposing forces for a reason, we need them…and again, the objective is to unite these forces rather than ignore, suppress, depress, or overcompensate by using one more than the other…

What does it mean? If you have more than one TWO, it is over-balanced. Number 2 is The Diplomat. This personality has perfected the peaceful approach, and uses their listening skills,  people skills, and negotiation skills to navigate warring situations without getting hurt. When this area of your profile is over-balanced, you may be highly sensitive and feel acutely the energy of others and the world around you. This may lead to a shy, nervous, and anxious temperament. If this is the case, it is important to invest time in meditation and relaxation techniques… An over-balance with 2 energy, or challenges elsewhere in your Numerology Profile with 2 can make you indecisive, dependent and needy, so it would be important to build your Self-Belief. Return to Number 1 for ways to develop independence, confidence, self-centeredness. I find Yoga and Meditation terrific modalities for calming my over-sensitivity, which is a force that can work for me and against me. When I am over-sensitive I can misunderstand stuff, I can misinterpret stuff, I can become very dramatic. When my sensitivities are balanced, I am insightful, understanding, and very effective in my daily life…

What does it mean? If you have ZERO then this is a Karmic Lesson. All Karmic Lessons in this area of your profile have a story. In this scenario it is said the soul was insensitive in a previous lifetime and in this lifetime therefore ‘sensitivity’ will be an ongoing issue and a recurring theme for you. You may fluctuate between insensitive and overly-sensitive before you find you way back to balance. And, getting back to balance will take some self-developing on your part. If this is your lesson, then you may often feel misunderstood, often find you put your foot in your mouth, and be surrounded by people who aren’t always sensitive to you. These experiences are designed to reflect back to you how you possible were in that previous lifetime… In this area of your Profile, in your KIT, if you are missing numbers in your name it is known in Numerology as a Karmic Lesson. Two as a Karmic Lesson means … sensitivity is an ongoing and recurring issue. Reflect on this … do you find others are insensitive to your feelings? Or, do you find others complain that you are insensitive to their feelings …? Sensitivity is a Super-Power!

The number 2 When balance is restored to Number 2 in your KIT… Your sensitivity becomes finely tuned and alerts you in the moment, in the world around you, and in all your interactions with others. You are intuitive, you are understanding, you have empathy, compassion, and concern. You act lovingly for others and also for yourself. You are perceptive. You can see how people and situations work and how they can work better, and your comforting and non- threatening approach and insightful advice is welcomed by others. You feel balanced in life… At Number 2 you build Self-Love. When you sit in Self-Love you are no longer Self-Loathing, or Self-Hating, yourself. You love yourself. Every day. Every moment throughout the day. You act in your own best interest, without infringing on the best interests of others. You act lovingly for them, towards them, too. Number 2 is a big heart. When you act from this heart-full place, even if others may not like it, they will sense your best intentions and a outcome will be realized that is win-win. None of us get what we want all of the time. But, with Number 2 as our approach, we can all get some of what we want, all of the time.

And the next step is? INNER CIRCLE EXERCISE HEART CHAKRA HEALING SHADOW SELF & DREAM WORK DEVELOPING INTUITIVE DECISION MAKING - MEDITATION So…next steps. Do the Inner Circle Exercise. This is where you start working out who is on your team. Should they remain there? If they are supportive, yes. If they are not and you do have a choice in the matter then, maybe not! My son and I were talking a couple of weeks ago, and even at his young age of 21 he has learned that the people you surround yourself with day, after day, after day, play an important role in how you think, how you feel, and what you do. Some people lift you up, help you be-come a better version of yourself. And, some people don’t. But, you want to grow right. So…let’s see who around you is helping you do just that.
