Instead of Skittles I would choose a glass of milk. It is in the dairy group. I would need 2 servings a day.

Instead of Cotton candy I choose a piece of sausage. It is in the meat group . You need 1 severing a day.

Instead of A candy cane. I choose a piece of bread. It Is in the grain group .you need 4 servings a day.

Instead of Ketchup chips I choose a bunch of carrots . They are in the vegetable group. You need 5 servings a day.

Instead of Gummies I choose a peach. It is in the fruit group. You need 5 servings a day .

Healthy foods help me -Have strong bones. Help me see better. Help me do gymnastics.
