FBYFL Injury Clinic Designed for the athletes of FBYFL who have sustained a sports injury during practice or games and would a complimentary evaluation by sports medicine staff Injury clinic will last throughout FBYFL season each Wednesday Night (September 5th – November 14th) Located at IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institute Free initial evaluations (no insurance necessary for initial visit) Additional intervention may be recommended by MH staff 17520 W Grand Parkway South, Ste 100 (MHSL Medical Plaza 2), 6:30-7:30pm Appointment call based: Parents and/or coaches must contact ahead of time to reserve time for athlete, otherwise staff will not be present.
