Presentation transcript:

Monday May 15th 2017 Pick up your spirals/folders from the front and take your seat. We will have a grade check and then begin a project. Grade check on Chromebooks only. If I see a cellphone = violation and phone goes to the office.

For Battle Project You will form groups and research information about a battle of the American Revolution, War of 1812, or Civil War. I have a list of battles to choose from. This will count as one daily grade and one quiz grade This will be ALL IN CLASS = NO TAKE HOME WORK!!!

Battle project info continued I have a web resource page to help with research on my website under the battle project tab. You must complete the worksheet to move onto the map. You must complete a small scale map to do the large scale map. No markers. Only map-pencils/crayons I will not put up with any excuses on why you haven’t done the work. Especially if I see you having a good time during class.

Battle project continued… CHROMEBOOKS ONLY…NO CELL PHONES. This is for your own good… for many reasons that I don’t have time to explain. No music, you’re working in groups and need to contribute. Peer evaluation = 30 points per assignment. If you don’t write your peers names down, I can’t (and won’t) give you or them credit for the peer evaluation.
