Specialist lessons Spanish – Thursday PE – Thursday and Friday P.E. kits are to be worn on Thursdays. Full school uniform is to be worn on Fridays with the P.E. kit brought in a bag. This is part of the Secondary School preparation program that will be implemented throughout the year.

Homework All home learning is sent home on a Monday. All home learning is due the following Monday. Spelling test on Monday. Students will mark their homework with a teacher on a Monday unless it is a long piece of writing where the teacher will mark and return it asap. I may send home targeted homework throughout the year e.g. a particular timetable.

Homework Reading for 30mins each night Mathletics: 5 tasks per week Spelling: 10 words to be practised and learnt for dictation assessment every Monday English: 1 x SPAG 1 x reading comprehension Blood Heart (Cornerstone) home learning task due 1st Oct 2017

Communication & Year 6 information Notes in or attached to Homework Diary Meetings – email appointment via office Permission to walk home alone SATs meeting – January 2019 Please refrain from unhealthy treats for birthdays.
