The froggy friends go into the woods. One day a group of frogs were traveling through the woods looking for somewhere cool and dark to get out of the bright sun. The frogs were playing together and jumping over each other and pushing each other in fun. All of a sudden two of the frogs fell down a pit as they were not looking where they were going. © Mirror Assemblies - CB M
But 2 frogs fell down a hole. They immediately tried to jump back out. After a while the other began to say that they were afraid that their 2 friends were stuck down the hole and would not be able to get out. But the two frogs still tried jumping with all their strength to get out. Their friends began to tell them to save their energy. Eventually one of the frogs took notice of what those at the top were saying and he stopped trying. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. © Mirror Assemblies - CB NOV 2014

He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time. © Mirror Assemblies - CB NOV 2014
Lessons of the story: An encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it through the day. There is power in what you say. An encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it through the day. So be careful of what you say. Speak life to those who cross your path. The power of words... it is sometimes hard to understand that an encouraging word can go such a long way. © Mirror Assemblies - CB NOV 2014
