Tuesday 12/11: 3 & 4 Christmas Program Spelling Assignment Due Wednesday 12/12: First grade shops Math Retest Thursday 12/13: Spelling Assessment Monday 12/17: SCAAP Wednesday 12/19: December Presentation Due Friday 12/21: Class Christmas Party and Break Begins! Monday 1/7/19- School Resumes Important Information: We will have a spelling test on List 10! The words are: lift, stamp, hand, sink, left, ask, tent, melt, fast, he, said, who. Please be sure to grab the homework out of the envelope. It is due Tuesday. Please check the envelope for the Chapter 4 Math test. If your child has to take a retest it will be marked on the original test and will have practice pages attached. Return attached pages by Wednesday. The new test will follow the practice pages. Only a few more days for the food drive! We will be collecting cans until 12/14. Our Christmas Program was lovely!! The children did a great job with speaking, singing, and moving with the motions. This Wednesday first graders will be able to do secret shopping for Christmas. The information is in today’s packet. If you want your child to shop please send in the money and filled-out envelope to help as a guide. We had a great time making elves on Thursday. Thank you parent volunteers! Remember to check and sign off on your child’s interim report. Christmas Presentations are about your child’s favorite Christmas tradition, book, ornament, or movie. Your child may pick one of these topics to present. Visuals are welcome!
