Fig 5 Contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan (axial view) demonstrates a type II endoleak in communication with lumbar arteries at 3 months (A) and 12 months (B) postoperatively. The aneurysm was 65 mm in diameter at baseline, and the blood lumen was small (34 mL). The aneurysm sac diameter remained unchanged through 1 year, with a slight increase in the size of the type II endoleak cavity.
