ADD CUSTOMER / IMPORT To add new customer you have two options: SARATOOLS.COM - Vendor Portal ADD CUSTOMER / IMPORT To add new customer you have two options: „Add customer“ – where you can add one customer at the time, with all necessary details, including delivery address and discount group.

SARATOOLS.COM - Vendor Portal ADD CUSTOMER / IMPORT „Import“ – here you can download an Excel template file, copy in your customer details and then as CSV file upload it. Advantage – large amount of customers can be added at the same time.

INACTIVE / ACTIVE CUSTOMERS SARATOOLS.COM - Vendor Portal INACTIVE / ACTIVE CUSTOMERS After you have successfully added a new customer, it will first land by „Inactive customers“. Here you can - edit, delete or release the customer. By releasing, you make the customer active and E-Mail with automatically generated login and password is sent to your customer. By „Active customers“ you can edit your customer. Here you can change details, delivery address and discount group, send new password or block the customer.

Delivery address can be change to your address if you don‘t want that the order goes directly to your customer. Most important - here you can „Confirm“ or „Refuse“ the order. After confirming the order you will receive from us an E-Mail with order confirmation.
