Welcome to your Memorial Hermann Reference Guide!

Type in your item description info Type in your item description info. You may use keywords to creatively find the products you are looking for:

Click on desired product and the Select Button Click on desired product and the Select Button. Now you may specify your quantity to order and select Add To Cart:

Using the Search Tool To search for your Memorial Hermann items, simply enter as much or as little as you know about that product, and click on the Search button. Then, enter your Order Quantity and select Add To Order:

Utilizing your Forms Categories The Categories contain all of the products available to order. They are aligned along the upper left-hand navigational pane. You can easily drill into any one of them by clicking on the category name, or using one of the nested categories, (like Promotional Products/Apparel Program/Apparel):

Apparel, Scrubs and Wearables When one of the Memorial Hermann Apparel products is selected, there are unique attributes to be aware of. Note that once the item is chosen (using the Choose Variation button), the product detail screen offers specific selections based on Color and Size. Choosing the selections will display the proper image and item detail. Once you are ready to order the item, enter the correct Order Quantity and click Add To Order:

Viewing the Shopping Cart Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart the site will take you to the Cart page. Or, you can click on the View Cart button on the top left nav-bar anytime. Once on the Cart screen you will see either a default Cost Center or multiple selections within the Cost Center drop-down field. The same rule applies to the Forms Account drop-down. Be sure to select the proper options available. At any time you may take items out of the Cart by clicking on the box in the Remove column (on the item line) and choosing Remove Selected. You may also update your Quantity by changing the quantity number field and selecting Save Changes. Once you are ready to proceed, click on Check Out:

Placing the Order After selecting Check Out you will arrive on the Shipping page. This is the page where you choose both your Shipper (the shipping method) and the Shipping Address (where the order is going to). You may also add your own ship-to by utilizing the Create a New Shipping Address fields. Make sure to click on Save if you do build a new address. Then, select Continue:

Placing the Order Now we have arrived on the Order Confirm page. This is our final stop before placing the order, so we need to make sure and review all order detail very carefully. When you are ready to place the order, just click on the Submit button toward the lower right side. You will receive a confirmation Order ID and email notifications alerting you to the status of the order:

Placing the Order Remember that at any time you can click on the Orders tab on the nav-bar to search for and view all order-related detail. Using the Order Search section, you may search by: Order ID – the confirmation order number Date Range – a specified range of calendar dates Last n Orders – meaning, the last “number” of orders placed
