What is 3rd Party CTI ? AS STANDARD Third Party CTI is where the software application will handle call control and views centrally for more than one telephone extension. There is only one link between the host computer and the telephone system. This is the professional way of a CTI application. All AGFEO Systems have this feature AS STANDARD
What then is 1st Party CTI ? This is a cheaper alternative and is achieved by linking each telephone to each PC. Not the ultimate professional way of doing things.

The Caller List or Call Log
This log will show all incoming and outgoing calls. Filters can be set to limit the display of calls and show only unanswered calls.
