Signing in for Patient Access A guide on how to sign in to the patient access website after completing registration
Signing in for Patient Access Once you have registered you will be able to sign in to Patient Access. If you have not registered please see our guide on how to register with patient access. First step is to got to patient.emisaccess.co.uk
Signing in for Patient Access On the right hand screen you will see a box labelled sign in.
Signing in for Patient Access Key in you 11 digit User ID, this will have been given to you when you registered, or on your registration document. If you are not the only one who will use the computer or phone for patient access we do not recommend clicking the “Remember me” box.
Signing in for Patient Access Once you have keyed in the correct User ID and password, click sign in and you will be taken to your home screen.
Signing in for Patient Access From your home screen you can click on the word services to see all the available services to you. This is located next to “Your details” on the right hand side of the screen.
Signing in for Patient Access If you click my services and see the below screen it means you have not been fully registered with the practice and may need to submit a patient access consent form. Please contact the surgery to see if this is the case.
Registering for Patient Access If you need to sign a consent form please ensure you come into one of the surgeries and bring with you some valid photo ID. If you do not have any, please contact the surgery before coming in. If you believe you have already signed a consent form but still don’t have access to all the services please check with the surgery before coming in.
