8 ‘ACTIV ’! The Newman Catholic Collegiate P.E Newsletter! The Collegiate ran its 1st Change 4 Life festival. It was fantastic to celebrate the achievements of the children who are striving to get Fit! Well done Guys! Congratulations to everybody who took part in the Collegiate 5-a-side Football tournaments! St.Joseph’s won the Y5/6 tournaments and St.Wilfrid’s won the Y3/4. 8 ‘ACTIV ’! The Newman Catholic Collegiate P.E Newsletter! Well Done Year 3 at St.Peter’s! Ms/Hilton’s class have been learning the different types of Fitness. They then wrote about how and why they have got fitter! St.Joseph’s hit a Purple Patch Our children have been broadening their horizons! Across the Collegiate having been taking part in Parkour, Handball, Hockey, Dance-offs, Health Related Exercise, Tag Rugby and lots of other new activities! And we’re only getting started!!! St.Joseph’s Y5/6 Boys & Girls won the Tunstall 5-a-side Tournaments as well as the Collegiate mixed Tournament!
