Follow up One month later: OS BCVA= ¼ Parafoveal Choroidal NeoVascularization (CNV) with peripherical white dots -> PIC Ranibizumab IVT (x5) -> OS BCVA = 1. Paramacular and nasal atrophic scars, with a halo of depigmentation
Prognosis Uncertain: Good in the absence of CNV (BCVA >20/25). Course usually self-limited with recurrences common The two major causes of visual loss are CNV and subretinal fibrosis
