Welcome Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) – Ardas Khalsa and Carol Sanchez-Cuellar Region 2 – Craig Kovacevich Region 14 – Providers

Collaborate To work with another person or group in order to achieve or do something

Why Learning Collaboratives? Because we have to?! Because collaboration will be assessed as part of the waiver evaluation Because it makes sense!

Purpose/Vision Waiver Goal: RHPs will increase collaboration among the healthcare organizations and stakeholders in each region. Regional Goals: Create a forum that brings regional providers together for sharing, networking and general support. Assist regional providers in improving specifically identified outcome measures through discrete cohorts focused on process improvement
