6.1 Creating Charts  Data Series and Chart - Charts can be used to visualize the relationship between data. - A chart must include at least one data series. Data series Chart

6.1 Creating Charts  Creating a Chart - A chart can be created by selecting the group of cells which store the data, then select ‘Insert’ ➞ ‘Chart’ from the Menu bar. - Or click the ‘Chart Wizard’ button from the Standard toolbar.
