Creating Patrols Who decides on members of the patrols? What do we do if we don’t have enough White Tails and Howlers to lead Lodges and Lairs? How do we deal with the kids who are always picked last?

Selecting a Patrol Leader Who are the leaders? What do the leaders decide? What do the leaders do?

Planning an event What do Scouters plan and what do Scouts plan? Plan a simple activity. When you have the plan ask what the Scouts could plan vs what the leaders need to plan

Program Planning Program Planning Guide Program Planning Templates Your plan isn’t set in concrete. As you and your Scouts review what you have done all of you may decide to change what you will do next.
